Optional new moon intention setting Ceremony

With each lunar cycle, we have an opportunity to reflect, set intentions, and begin again. In the case of the new moon, it's an excellent time to plant seeds for what's to come. It is a time to get really specific about what you want to manifest in your life over the next 28 days.

We are called to plant seeds, both internally and figuratively. What do you want to grow or create? Anything is possible, so conjure up your dreams and goals by setting your intentions now.  Acknowledge your new beginnings.

Crafting your I am statement:

This is a statement of intention you need to embody to truly be who you are becoming.  You want to focus the statement on who you will be 28 days from now. Some questions to ponder as you craft your statement.

  • What is your future state of being?

  • What is ready to be embodied? Who are you ready to be?

  • Where do you need to see and value your worth for yourself?

  • Where do you need to re-parent yourself? Or, where do you need to heal your inner child?

  • What is this next layer of who you are ready to embody that brings you into the next level?

Some examples of I am statements: I am supported in all aspects of my life. I am important. I am balanced and embodied. I know my value. I am worthy of love.

Trust in the process of going in and listening to what lights you up, to what feels good within yourself.  Allow yourself to be curious in the unknown and notice what is going on in your body.

Take a moment to tune into the intention you wish you create. Feel into what you desire to create with this new moon. Allow all that you desire to be possible, you create your own reality and you are able to create through intention setting.

Trust that you are exactly where you are supposed to be. Trust you will get exactly what you need from this new moon.

Write your I am statement on a piece of paper. Feel the power of your I am statement being embodied.  Anchoring that energy into your body.  The sights, the sounds, the smells, the tastes of the new version of you.

Place your I am statement on an altar or someplace you will see it every day. Alternatively, plant the piece of paper in the ground or in a pot, like a seed about to germinate. Give gratitude to your guides and angels for assisting in the process. ✨
